The Story
Richard P. Williams is a multi-business owner, financial educator, and consultant with over twenty years of experience helping individuals and families build lasting financial foundations across Central Florida and beyond.
He is the franchise owner of Coldwell Banker Richwill Realty, Founder and Owner of Florida Mortgage Pros LLC, principal of the Richard Williams Agency, and founder of The RichWill Group, through which he is licensed in more than ten states.
His path to this work was not a straight line. As a first-generation college graduate who pivoted away from a planned career in psychology, he learned early that a diploma and a blueprint are two very different things. That lesson became his life's work.
